Safe events: is it realistic to prepare an event during a quarantine

The official requirements for safe mass cultural events of offline format are as follows:

• An open space of at least 5 m. sq. ft. per attendee;
• temperature screening of employees and visitors at the entrance. Individuals with a temperature reading of over 37.2 will not be allowed to participate in the event;
• social distance or seating guests at a distance of 1.5 m;
• employees at the location and visitors use protective masks and gloves;
• ensuring the possibility of washing hands and free access to sanitizers;
• the mechanics of registration does not provide physical contact (online or contactless) and does not create the conditions for the accumulation of queues (a sufficient number of staff to control and space for the passage of people);
• no fan zones or activities involving large crowds of people are allowed.
